These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glow AI mobile application ("Service").

By using Glow AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glow AI.

2. Subscription Terms

Glow AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Weekly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage and cancel subscriptions in:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

3. Credits & Usage Limits

Glow AI may provide:

• Free daily credits
• Subscription-based credit increases
• Unlimited plans (if applicable)

Credits have no monetary value and are not transferable.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Glow AI to:

• Generate illegal content
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors
• Harass or impersonate others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the system

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Glow AI uses artificial intelligence models to generate images.

AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies
• May resemble real individuals unintentionally
• Should not be relied upon as factual

You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload.

Glow AI retains ownership of:

• The application
• Branding
• Underlying software
• Platform infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Glow AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Misuse of generated content

The Service is provided "as is."

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
