Glow AI ("Glow AI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Glow AI mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device Identifier

Glow AI does not require account registration.

When you first launch the App, we generate a unique device identifier. This identifier is used to:

• Track credit usage
• Manage subscription status
• Prevent abuse
• Associate purchases with your device

This identifier does not directly identify you personally.

1.2 User Content (Images & Prompts)

To generate AI images, we process:

• Text prompts you enter
• Images you upload for editing
• AI-generated outputs

Photos — AI Processing:

When you use AI transformation features, your photos are transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. This constitutes collection and transmission of your image data. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored by us or by the AI provider.

Important:

• Uploaded and generated images are processed in memory on our servers.
• Generated images are not permanently stored on our backend.
• Once returned to your device, they may be saved locally on your device.
• If our server restarts, generation data is cleared.
• We do not publicly share your images.

1.3 Subscription & Payment Information

All payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit.

We do not collect or store:

• Credit card details
• Apple ID credentials
• Billing addresses

We receive subscription status information from RevenueCat to determine whether your subscription is active.

RevenueCat may process subscription metadata in accordance with its own privacy policy.

1.4 Usage Data

We may collect limited technical data, including:

• App version
• Device type and OS version
• Generation counts
• Error logs
• Crash diagnostics

This information is used solely to:

• Improve performance
• Detect abuse
• Maintain service stability

Glow AI does not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Generate AI images
• Enforce credit limits
• Validate subscription entitlements
• Prevent fraud and misuse
• Maintain and improve service reliability
• Comply with Australian legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Images are processed temporarily in server memory only.

Generated images are not stored permanently on our backend.

Metadata (such as generation counts and timestamps) may be stored for service integrity.

Locally saved images remain on your device unless deleted by you.

3.1 Requesting Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. To do so, email our support team at glowaihelp@gmail.com with your request. Include your device identifier if you know it, or describe the data you wish to have deleted. We will process your request and confirm once completed.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect data processed by Glow AI.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Glow AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Rights (Australia & International Users)

If you are located in Australia, you may request access to or correction of your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

International users may have additional rights depending on their jurisdiction.
